The "3Point24 model" is a machine that can cut stumps using the PTO of a tractor. It requires a general 25 horsepower class tractor and an optional double-acting hydraulic external take-off with two lines. Since the cutting work is done with the tractor's PTO, both the work and movement are very speedy.
